More about Passauer Wolf

Employee Voices

In my initial days at Passauer Wolf, I was surprised by how well the training had been prepared for me. As I found out later, this effort is made for every new colleague. Thanks to the targeted training, I was able to shed my uncertainties early on. It greatly assisted me in quickly getting up to speed, and not being overwhelmed by the many new impressions. The trainers/practice guides are very empathetic and give you the time you need for training. As of course, everyone has their own pace.

Mohamadyusuf Odinaev

Apprentice Care Specialist
Passauer Wolf Bad Gögging

I greatly enjoy the fact that I get to meet so many people of different nationalities at Passauer Wolf. In our training year alone, there were almost 20 different nationalities represented. I myself come from Italy and always find it fascinating to exchange views with colleagues and other trainees who have had very similar experiences to me. No matter where one is from, we are all part of the team — sadly, this is still far from being a matter of course, as I know from personal experience.
