More about Passauer Wolf
Employee Voices
In my initial days at Passauer Wolf, I was surprised by how well my induction had been prepared for me. As I discovered later, this effort is made for every new colleague. Through targeted induction, I was able to shake off my uncertainties early on. It helped me greatly to quickly settle in and not be overwhelmed by the many new impressions. The trainers/practice guides are very empathetic and give you the time you need for the induction. As everyone, naturally, has their own pace.

I very much enjoy the fact that I get to meet so many people of various nationalities at Passauer Wolf. In our training year alone, there were almost 20 different nationalities represented. I myself am from Italy and always find it fascinating to exchange experiences with colleagues and other trainees who have had very similar experiences to me. Regardless of where we come from, we are all part of the team — unfortunately, this is not as obvious as it should be, as I know from personal experience.
